ARC is committed to creating a safe environment where couples and individuals can explore, discover and clarify ways of living more satisfyingly and resourcefully. If a relationship is to be restored following intimate betrayal, the infidelity must be addressed. Working collaboratively with clients we have a trauma informed approach and incorporate appropriate therapies from various modalities including principles from the Gottman Relationship Institute, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy amongst others. Our approach is tailored to suit each unique situation.

Mentoring

Perspective, compassion and understanding from both sides are vital components in recovering from infidelity. David and Noni are uniquely positioned to assist betrayed and unfaithful partners gain clarity around many of the common obstacles and barriers that crop up in recovery. Whether you are working with another therapist or with ARC, Noni and David share valuable insight openly and honestly. Single or multiple sessions can be booked as needed.

Disclosure

After the discovery of infidelity full disclosure provides a solid foundation on which to build the new relationship. Full disclosure can be extremely challenging for many people and is sometimes only possible with specialist guidance.. There are often hidden details—which if remain covered— will hinder a couples’ ability to progress in healing. As a trained trauma informed guide, Noni partners with others offering a safe assisted disclosure service to support this process.

Monthly Support Groups

Monthly support groups operate and are a place where you will be encouraged and supported by others who are on a similar path to healing. Groups for betrayed spouses are currently in progress, a weekly group call for unfaithful men is available and couples groups will become available in the future.
